We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, bank transfers for enterprise accounts, and cryptocurrency payments for privacy-conscious clients.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the current cycle (no refund for a cycle that has started). Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the initial charge, less processor fees and the months used. One-time takedowns are refundable before work begins and in cases of non-delivery. Fees are never refunded based on results, the full details are in our refund policy.

There is no enterprise price list, for genuinely large volumes we quote on the real workload: how many notices, how many monitored assets, what API integration you need. Everyone else is best served by the published plans plus automatic volume discounts (10% off at 10 paid notices, 17% at 25+), which already beat most negotiated rates. Contact us when a catalog is too big for the Business plan; otherwise the checkout price is the real price.

No setup fees and no per-channel extras, a case price covers all four delivery channels. The only things that ever add cost are filing more cases (at published per-case prices, with volume discounts) or adding prepaid credits, both of which you initiate yourself.

Yes. Upgrading starts a new subscription at the new tier and your monitoring continues without interruption, assets, history and detections carry over. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and everything stays active until then, so you never lose paid time.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all features until then, and can reactivate anytime.

For protection plans, we notify you when approaching limits and offer upgrade options. For takedown plans, additional takedowns are charged at standard rates. We never automatically charge overages without your approval.

We do not run fixed discount tiers for nonprofits or students today. What we do instead is issue promo codes case by case, contact us with your organization details and we will set one up if it fits. Everyone else gets the same published prices plus the automatic volume discounts.

Prices are the same globally, but may be displayed in local currency for convenience. International customers may incur additional fees from their payment provider or bank for currency conversion.

Prices exclude tax and taxes are your responsibility, as stated in our terms, we do not run automatic tax collection today. Invoices are generated automatically for every payment and include everything your finance team needs for accounting; if you need specific details added to an invoice, support handles it.

For creators whose product is the content itself, a single recovered case usually covers a year of monitoring; for brand-only sites the value is in catching copycat domains early, which is harder to price and depends on how much brand confusion costs you.
