Managed takedown services
One case. Every channel. $99.
A stolen page usually survives because the notice went to one place. We deliver your takedown to the operator, the hosting provider, the registrar, and the search engines, in one managed case with research, statutory drafting, and follow-up until it's acted on.
Every step timestamped in your dashboard. 24–48h processing. No per-channel fees, ever.
The pricing math
What “all channels” does to the bill
Most services sell you the takedown, then sell the channels separately, search removal parked in their top tier, social platform cases bumped to a pricier plan. We priced the opposite way: one number, everything in it.
The result isn't a small discount. Depending on what your case touches, the same outcome costs two to six times more at the incumbent, and unlike them, we don't upsell the channels into premium tiers.
Three ways to file
Buy exactly as much service as the case needs

Standard
The full managed case, our default recommendation.
- Everything in Quick Send

Inside a case
What actually happens after you click start
No mystery, no black box. The work that makes takedowns stick is research and persistence. Here is the whole sequence.
Badge holders file free. Sites carrying a verified WebDMCA protection badge for 30+ days get one free Standard takedown every year. How badges qualify →
- 1
You submit the case
Links to the infringing material, links or files proving your ownership, and the story in your own words. Ten minutes, typically.
- 2
We research who's actually responsible
Hosting lookup through proxies like Cloudflare, registrar identification, network owner. Most rejected notices fail here, sent to a party with no duty to act.
- 3
The notice is drafted to statute§512(c)(3)
Work identification, infringing-material location, good-faith statements, contact block, every §512(c)(3) element, checked by a person.
- 4
Delivery to all four channels
Operator, abuse desk, registrar, and search engine de-listing requests go out together, not as upsells.
- 5
Follow-up until it moves
Hosts respond on their own clocks; we chase, escalate, and re-route. Standard and Urgent track every step in your dashboard.

The service, precisely
What your fee pays for
Included in every managed case
- Research on the target and the right delivery channels
- Notice drafted to the DMCA §512(c)(3) requirements
- Delivery to the site, its host, the registrar, and search de-listing
- Follow-up escalation, with every step timestamped in your dashboard
Removal decisions rest with the hosts and platforms involved. You are paying for our expertise and the work performed, not for a promised outcome, and the case timeline documents exactly what was done, and when.
Refunds
- Full refund if you cancel before we begin drafting your case
- Full refund if we never submit the notice through our own fault
- Once drafting or submission has begun, the fee covers work performed and is not result-refundable
- Quick Send ($49) is drafting-and-delivery only, by design
The full terms live in the refund policy.

What can be removed
If someone copied it, a notice can reach it
A takedown notice works wherever a host, registrar or search engine has a duty to act, which is nearly everywhere content gets republished. The material below is what our cases routinely cover.
Whole pages or lifted sections republished on scraper and content-farm sites.
Re-uploaded portfolios, product shots and illustrations, verified visually by fingerprint, not guesswork.
Re-uploads on video platforms and tube sites, found through search by title, keywords and descriptions.
Tracks on download sites, re-uploads on streaming platforms, leaked files.
Membership and course material redistributed on forums and file hosts.
Ebook piracy, manuscript leaks, translated copies of your work.
Cracked builds, repackaged installers, clone apps in stores.
Intimate images and videos shared without consent, handled discreetly, priority queue.
Accounts trading on your name or brand, paired with platform reports.
Lookalike domains selling under your name, caught at certificate issuance by the hourly watch.
Before you file
Four things a valid case needs
The DMCA sets these requirements; every one exists to protect you as much as the target. Checking them up front is what keeps a notice effective instead of ignorable.
You own the content or are authorized to act for the owner, the sworn statements in the case form say exactly this, under penalty of perjury.
You can point to the infringing URLs. One case covers one site or domain, up to 25 URLs on it.
You can show where the original lives, a live page, a dated post, a store listing. Perfect records are not required; we shore up what you have.
The use is not obviously lawful. Fair use, licensed use and independent creation are real defenses; if it looks like one of those, we tell you before filing.
The honest comparison
File it yourself, or have us do it
We mean it when we say the DIY route is legitimate, this is what you are actually choosing between.
| DIY toolkit · free | Managed case | |
|---|---|---|
| Who does the research | You: find the host behind the site, the registrar, the right abuse contact | We do: the case starts with mapping who actually controls the page |
| Who drafts the notice | You, from the template, the statutory elements are pre-structured | We do, checked by a person against every §512(c)(3) element |
| Who sends and follows up | You, from your own email; escalation is your persistence | We do, across all four channels, with escalation when hosts stall |
| Cost | Free | $49 Quick Send · $99 Standard · $199 Urgent, volume discounts from 10 notices |
| Best for | One clean case, a confident filer, no urgency | Multiple sites, stubborn hosts, leaks, or any case you'd rather not personally argue |
| Evidence record | Whatever you keep yourself | SHA-256 hashed capture at detection, timestamped case log in your dashboard |
| Risk of a bad notice | Yours, §512(f) penalties apply to knowingly false statements | Reduced, human review flags obviously lawful uses before filing |
The stolen copy has enough advantages already.
File once, hit every channel, pay one price. Standard cases start moving within 24–48 hours.
