Pricing & Volume
Managed cases are flat-fee: $49 Quick Send (we draft and send the notice), $99 Standard (full managed case, all four delivery channels), $199 Urgent (priority queue). Every case covers one original asset and one site or domain: 1–9 URLs (Quick Send), 10–25 (Standard), 26–50 (Urgent). Volume discounts apply automatically to your account: 10% off once you have 10 paid notices on file ($89 Standard), 17% off at 25+ ($82). If you expect serious monthly volume, the Business plan ($15/mo) also includes 10 managed takedowns every month at no per-case cost, which is usually the better math above a handful of cases.
We count every paid notice on your account since it was created, and the discount tier is applied automatically when your next case is priced, 10 or more paid notices brings every tier down by 10%, 25 or more brings every tier down by 17%. There is nothing to negotiate and no code to enter; the price you see on the new-case form is the price you pay. Plan-included takedowns are already covered by your subscription, so the discount only matters for cases beyond your monthly quota.
Yes. Every payment automatically generates a numbered invoice (INV-year-sequence) you can download from your dashboard, with your business details on it. We accept major cards through Stripe and crypto through NowPayments, and you can prepay account credits to draw down on future cases if procurement prefers one upfront payment. If your finance team needs specific wording on invoices, contact support and we will sort it out.
Compliance Program
Yes, that is exactly what the compliance program is for. We give you a branded notice intake page on your own domain path, validate and forward well-formed notices to the right internal queue, track their status, and handle counter-notice responses. You get a dashboard of every notice, per-property monthly quotas on higher tiers, X-ARF machine-readable exports, and API access on the Pro tier and above. It turns an unmanaged abuse@ inbox into a tracked workflow.
When a counter-notice arrives on a notice you received through the compliance program, it lands in your dashboard with the full original notice attached and a guided workflow for the statutory response window. You can mark notices as actioned, forwarded, or rejected with a note, and every step is timestamped so you can demonstrate a repeat-infringer policy later. The workflow tracks the DMCA counter-notice timeline; it does not give legal advice, and hosts with high-risk catalogs should still involve counsel.
API & Integration
Yes, the v1 API is included with any account, no extra cost. You can create managed takedown cases, list detections found by monitoring, read and update compliance notices, and register signed webhooks for events like detection.created and complaint.status_changed. Authentication is with revocable bearer keys (shown once, stored only as hashes). It is a practical integration surface for ticketing or CMS workflows rather than an enterprise middleware platform; if you need a specific endpoint we do not have yet, tell us, the API grows with what customers actually use.
One account can monitor many assets: the Business plan covers up to 200 monitored assets (sites, works, or domains) under a single login, each with its own scan history and detections. What we do not have today is multi-seat teams with per-user permissions inside one account, each account is one identity. Agencies managing client rosters typically run one account per client, or contact us for a managed arrangement. True multi-user organizations are on the roadmap; if you need them now, talk to us before committing.
Security & Data
We handle case data, names, addresses, evidence, so we treat security as a first-order requirement. Sessions and 2FA are hardened (TOTP with single-use backup codes, session revalidation), API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes and can be revoked instantly, uploads are type-checked and served only to authorized parties, and every outbound fetch of a target URL runs through an SSRF guard. We have not completed formal certifications like SOC 2 yet; if your procurement requires them, ask us for the current security documentation instead, and we will tell you plainly what is done and what is not.
Case records, notices, evidence hashes, invoices, are retained as the legal record of filings, the same way any agent keeps engagement records. Marketing email is opt-out from any message, and account settings include a formal data request flow (export or deletion) answered within statutory windows; deletion anonymizes personal identity fields while keeping the financial and legal record intact. Data is processed in the United States. If your DPO needs specifics before filing a single case, email support and we will answer concretely rather than send a brochure.
Monitoring runs on a worker queue backed by persistent Redis and Postgres, so scans scheduled during an outage resume rather than vanish, and evidence is hashed at capture time. We keep a health endpoint and uptime monitoring, and incident notifications go to affected customers by email. We do not publish an SLA with penalty clauses today, at our size an honest answer beats a promised percentage, but operational status is visible, and post-incident reviews are available to business customers on request.
Working With Us
Email-based support with real case handlers, not a chatbot tier list: every case has a human owner, and progress notes from our staff appear on the case timeline with timestamps so anyone on your side can see exactly what was done and when. Business-plan customers get priority queue placement on urgent work. We do not offer dedicated account managers, quarterly business reviews, or phone support today, if any of those are dealbreakers, say so and we will be straight with you about the timeline.
Regularly, and the division of labor is clean: we are the non-legal agent, research, notice drafting to §512(c)(3), delivery, escalation, and evidence capture with SHA-256 hashes and timestamps. Counsel keeps anything that is actually legal work: strategy, litigation, licensing disputes, and advice. Firms use us for volume mechanical work while they handle the matters that need a lawyer, and our case records are organized so they can be handed to counsel without re-processing.
Not white-label in the hosted sense: the dashboard, badges, and notices carry WebDMCA branding, and hosted white-label portals are not something we offer today. What works well today: agencies file on behalf of clients through their own account, with the client's authorization in the sworn statement, which is exactly what the DMCA requires, and volume pricing makes the margin workable. If you are building a serious roster, contact us; we would rather scope something real than sell you a feature that does not exist.
For genuinely large volumes, hundreds of notices, a catalog of thousands of works, or a compliance program across many properties, yes, talk to us. Custom arrangements are priced on real operational cost, not a multiple of list price, and we would rather quote after seeing the actual workload than promise a percentage on a form. Everything smaller than that is already covered by the published plans and automatic volume discounts, which are deliberately generous enough that most businesses never need a call.
